It's been a little bit of a depressing school year, with the budget crisis and all... no field trips, nothing extra, crowded classrooms. So it was really nice that they still held their annual pow wow for the Kindergarten (we sent money to help with costs) Kyler was so excited about the pow wow and all the things they got to do...
made his costume, planted a corn seed, ground corn, did sand painting, danced and sang, so many fun activities!
his Indian name was little fox

The pow wow is always fun! I'm glad they got to do it.
And now I feel like a horrible mom because Janie had one in her preschool class and I didn't even think to take a picture of her all decked out.
