a friend had made a really yummy dessert last year that had a gingersnap crust... so I made a similar crust with gingersnaps... added a Cream cheese/whipped cream topping with fresh fruit on top for Bishops youth discussion tonight... it looked too pretty to not get a picture... tasted pretty good too!
