2 scoops of snow please...

On December 19th Jared and some of the other leaders took the youth up to Kings canyon to play in the snow and see the Nations Christmas tree (a giant sequoia). They loaded up Brother V's truck with snow to bring back home... they left a couple of shovelfuls of snow on our lawn... and the kids had a lot of fun playing in it!

Then the fun ended when Kyler got hit in the lip with a snowball.

I actually didn't realize he was hurt in this picture... just cold, since he's wearing a t-shirt and shorts and is barefoot, but at least he's got gloves and a hat on.
