Christmas eve

On Christmas eve we went caroling to some of the members who we felt could use some cheering up... only two of the people were home that we went to, but they were probably the ones who needed us the most. I really wanted to help the kids think about others. Then we went and looked at lights, little did we know we lived so close to one of the most amazing Christmas light displays we've ever seen... this house has it's own radio station, tune your radio to their station and the lights, and a Santa all dance with the music. we sat in the van and watched it for quite awhile. We always do the Nativity on Christmas eve... (the kids dress-up) but this year all the kids were all upset when it was time to do the Nativity, because one of their favorite gecko's was dying. So we ended up doing the nativity on Christmas morning after Scorpion's (the gecko) funeral... he died soon after the kids went to bed on Christmas eve. That was really sad, but was glad to see the kids care so much about their little pet. (they still have 2 left) Here's a picture of earlier that night when everyone was still happy all dressed in their new Christmas pajama's.

Your good parents to take them all out to carol. I'm sure those 2 people appreciated it!
