Is there a sign in front of my house that says: Animal Shelter?

Yesterday, the boys were playing in the back yard and heard Meowing through the fence in the front yard. They ran to the front yard and there was a kitten, they immediately started playing with it and wanted to keep it. I said the kitty needs to go home it's mommy is looking for it, it's not ours. well the kitty just stayed in our yard all day. Jared came home from mutual last night, and the kitten was still there, meowing up a storm. He was worried about it, and thought it was probably hungry, so he brought it in the house, well it didn't want to eat (probably still nursing) it just wanted to run around our house. so we put it back on the front porch with it's food. later we looked outside and there was the mom cat. so we figured it would take it's kitten home. Nope the kitten was still here this morning just meowing and scratching at the door. I won't allow the kids to play with it, because that's why it's still here, because they played with it tons yesterday. The mom has come, she eats the food, and trys to carry the kitten away, crosses the street with it and the kitten runs right back to our front door, and just keeps meowing.

Easton has already named it Cally
here's the mom, she starts to take off when ever she sees us.
I had to move the chair away from the house because "cally" would just scratch at the window, but here it is clinging to our house to look in the window.
Easton is convinced it is now our kitten, and says "but mom it just loves us so much that's why it keeps coming back, it says it wants to live here!" .....
